Frequently Asked Questions
Understanding the offer
All three collections share the same conservation technique, the same petal-by-petal chromatic restoration and the same anti-UV museum glass. The difference lies in the framing and level of service.
L'Origine is our entry collection: same artisanal standards, same chromatic restoration, same museum glass. The framing is refined and elegant. You organise the sending of your bouquet yourself after the ceremony, with the option of using our dedicated carrier collection service if you wish.
L'Écrin and Le Florilège are our signature collections: handcrafted solid wood frame (oak, walnut or wengé), bouquet collection the day after the wedding by dedicated carrier throughout Europe, and personalised support from A to Z.
Home delivery of your artwork is included in all collections.
Flowers naturally lose their vibrancy during conservation. This is precisely why we developed our chromatic restoration technique: each petal is retouched using your wedding photographs to restore its exact vibrancy from the Big Day. This meticulous work requires 4 to 6 hours per bouquet. The result is a creation whose colours will last for decades, protected by our anti-UV museum glass.
Before the wedding
We recommend booking 4 to 6 months before your ceremony to secure your production slot, as the months of May to September are the most in demand. If your wedding is less than 3 months away, you can check availability directly online. Our calendar reflects available slots in real time.
Seven days before your ceremony, you will receive our conservation kit with all the instructions to preserve your bouquet in optimal conditions until the day after the wedding. For L'Écrin and Le Florilège collections, our dedicated carrier handles collection directly. For L'Origine, we guide you step by step for a secure sending.
Yes. Our chromatic restoration expertise was developed precisely for the most delicate compositions. Each flower is treated individually, regardless of its fragility. If you have any doubts about your composition, your dedicated advisor will guide you before booking.
After booking
Within 48 hours of your booking, your dedicated advisor will contact you personally to confirm your wedding date, validate your choices and answer your questions. Seven days before your ceremony, you will receive your conservation kit. The day after the wedding, your bouquet joins our Alsatian workshops for 12 weeks of artisanal creation.
Yes, in full. The deposit paid upon booking is deducted from the remaining balance, requested upon receipt of your bouquet in our workshops.
Upon receipt of your bouquet, your advisor will guide you in choosing the ideal frame size for your composition. You are free to choose - all sizes and their prices are available on our pricing page. The balance corresponding to your final selection is settled at that time.
Every Les Joyaux Purs creation is covered by our floral guarantee protocol, provided the conservation instructions given before the ceremony have been followed. In case of partial damage, replacement of the affected elements is automatic and included in your price. In case of total damage, you choose: either full reconstitution of your bouquet, entirely covered by us, or a full refund of your deposit.
Your creation is delivered approximately 3 months after receipt of your bouquet in our workshops, regardless of the collection chosen.
